products and a smooth shopping experience. We carefully select our dry fruits,
spices, pooja products, home essentials, gifts, and daily-use items to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Sometimes, an item may reach you damaged, defective,
expired, or different from what you ordered. This policy explains how refunds,
returns, and replacements will be handled.

A. Perishable Goods
This includes nuts, dry fruits, spices, food products, and
consumable pooja items.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns
for perishable or consumable items because of change of mind, taste preference,
or personal choice.
