Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At MK SUHA AURAMART, we are committed to offering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. We carefully select our dry fruits, spices, pooja products, home essentials, gifts, and daily-use items to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sometimes, an item may reach you damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements will be handled.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility by Product Category

A. Perishable Goods

This includes nuts, dry fruits, spices, food products, and consumable pooja items.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for perishable or consumable items because of change of mind, taste preference, or personal choice.

However, you may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • The item was expired at the time of delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The package was opened, leaked, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

B. Non-Perishable Goods

This includes pooja products, home essentials, gift items, and other non-food products.

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is incomplete or missing parts.
  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

You must raise the return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be returned with:

  • Original packaging.
  • Invoice or order details.
  • All accessories, parts, labels, and tags.
  • No damage caused by customer handling or usage.

 2. Items Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Replacement

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products, unless damaged or wrong item is received.
  • Partially used food items.
  • Opened or used consumable products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
  • Products reported after the allowed return period.

 3. Replacement Policy

We will provide a replacement when:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong item is delivered.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.

Replacement will be provided only after checking the issue and approving the request.

If the same product is not available, we may offer:

  • An alternate product of equal value.
  • Store credit.
  • Refund to the original payment method.

 4. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us
    Send an email to support@mksuhaauramart.com within the eligible time period. Please mention your order number in the subject line.
  2. Share Proof
    For damaged, defective, expired, or wrong items, please send clear photos or videos of:
    • The product.
    • Outer packaging.
    • Invoice or order details.
    • Damaged or wrong item received.
  3. Wait for Confirmation
    Our support team will review your request and respond within a few working days.
  4. Return the Product
    If return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back. Please pack the product safely to avoid damage during return shipping.

Note: If the return is due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.

 5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take a few working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges may not be refunded unless the issue was caused by our side.

If you do not receive your refund within 7 working days after approval, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue continues, contact us at support@mksuhaauramart.com.

 6. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.

After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After receiving the product, you may request a return, refund, or replacement only if the product is eligible under this policy.

 7. Important Conditions

  • Return, refund, or replacement requests must be made within the mentioned time period.
  • Products must be returned in original condition.
  • Approval is subject to product inspection.
  • MK SUHA AURAMART reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the policy conditions.
  • Refunds and replacements are applicable only for purchases made directly from MK SUHA AURAMART.
