We make every effort to display product details, images, prices, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product color, size, packaging, or appearance may slightly differ due to screen settings, product updates, or supplier changes.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Billing

Product prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Prices shown on the website are applicable at the time of placing the order.
In case of any pricing error, technical issue, or incorrect product information, MK SUHA AURAMART reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.
Prices may include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Delivery charges, packaging charges, or other applicable charges may be added at checkout.

4. Payment Methods

We accept standard online payment methods such as debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other available digital payment options.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.

MK SUHA AURAMART reserves the right to cancel any order if payment fails, payment is not received, or any suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, depending on product availability.
Delivery time may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with the customer through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the website.
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at support@mksuhaauramart.com.

MK SUHA AURAMART is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Our refund, return, and replacement process depends on the product category.

A. Perishable and Consumable Items

This includes nuts, dry fruits, spices, food products, and consumable pooja items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for perishable or consumable products due to change of mind, personal preference, taste difference, or after the product has been opened or used.

However, you may request a refund or replacement if:

The item was damaged during delivery.
The item was expired at the time of delivery.
The wrong item was delivered.
The product was spoiled, leaked, or unusable at the time of delivery.

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos as proof.

B. Non-Perishable Items

This includes pooja products, home essentials, office essentials, gift items, and other non-food products.

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged or defective.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is incomplete or missing parts.
The product is unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, labels, accessories, and all items received with the product.

Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake from our side, such as wrong item delivery or damaged product delivery.

7. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has not been dispatched, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. After receiving the product, you may request a return, refund, or replacement only if the product is eligible under our policy.

8. Use of Website
