Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with MK Suha Auramart. We want to make sure that your pooja products, dry fruits, spices and home and office essentials get to you safely and on time.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy tell you how long it takes to process your order how we ship and what you can expect when you buy from us.

 1. Order Processing Time

• We usually pack orders within two to three days.

• We work on business days which're Monday to Saturday except for public holidays. If you place an order on a Sunday or holiday, we will process it the business day.

• We take care with nuts, dry fruits and spices. If you order these things on a Friday or over the weekend, we might hold them and send them on Monday. This way they do not sit in a courier warehouse over the weekend.

• Sometimes during peak seasons or festivals like Diwali or Pongal it may take a little longer to process your order. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

 2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We calculate the shipping cost for your order based on the weight of the package and where you live.

• It usually takes three to seven business days to get your order. The cost is shown when you check out.

• Sometimes we offer Express Delivery, which takes one to three business days. The cost is also shown when you check out.

• We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹499.

Note: Sometimes because of weather, strikes or remote areas your order might be late. The delivery dates we give you are not guaranteed.

 3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

When we send your order you will get an email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp. This message will have your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s tracking portal. You can usually get tracking number of your order within 24 hours.

 4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

• You need to give us the correct shipping address with correct pincode when you check out.

• If a package is returned to us (Return to Origin/RTO) due to an incorrect address, incomplete details (e.g., missing landmark or pin code), or if the recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs or any re-shipping fees.

 5. Damages and Lost Packages

We pack our items carefully Pooja products and spices, nuts, dry fruits and all items. Sometimes accidents can happen.

• If your order is damaged when it arrives do not accept the package if it looks like it has been opened. If you find out it is damaged after you open it take pictures and videos. Contact us within 24 hours.

• If your tracking says the package was delivered but you did not get it contact our support team within 24 hours so we can help you.

 6. International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged by the destination country.
